Meet Sashia R. Jones
From an ambitious intern to a dynamic Vice President of Player Development and Social Engagement with Monumental Basketball,
I have seen firsthand where faith, hard work, and determination can lead. Now, CEO and principal of Sashia R. Jones & Associates, I champion the belief that we are all more than the label society imposes on us. I know that true success is fueled not just by a competent assist leader, but also by a starting line-up that includes a supportive community of believers.

With over three decades of experience spanning the NBA, WNBA, NHL, and Esports at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, I have built a legacy of creating impactful programs that create “dream bridges” for the underprivileged and the underserved. My efforts have empowered athletes, coaches, executives, and organizations to form meaningful connections with their communities. Under my leadership, I have had the honor to help cultivate year-long community enrichment strategies and events which contributed to three NBA Community Assist Award winners in 2016, 2019, and 2023.
When I am not championing for a client or a cause, I enjoy long walks listening to a wide range of artists including New Edition, Jelly Roll, Marvin Sapp, MJB, J Cole, and of course Queen B (Beyonce). I enjoy my group chats and learn so much from them—from cooking to politics, they are empowering. I love to travel to wherever the sun shines and blue waters soothe. Lastly, I am happiest on a cozy couch with my bestie, Miss Diamond, my pit bulldog.
